The Prizes Committee has recommended that the following award be made in 2020:
Senior Berwick Prize 2020 – Thomas Hales, for the book ‘Dense sphere packings. A blueprint for formal proofs’ (London Mathematical Society Lecture Note Series 2012).
Short and long citations for the candidate can be found in the Group Documents section of the Organic Group.
The proposal is that Thomas Hales be awarded the Senior Berwick Prize in 2020.
