Call for Applications to form MARM Partnerships

Deadline: 2 June 2024, 23:59 (BST)

The MARM Partnership Scheme awards grants of £4,000 to support partnerships between UK/European and African mathematics departments. Four grants are awarded in total. These will be for a one-year partnership initially, with the possibility of extension for a further year. The project aims to foster sustainable, long-term collaborations between UK/European and African mathematics researchers.

Computer Science Small Grants: Call for Applications

Deadline: 4 June 2024, 23:59 (BST)

Applications are now invited for Computer Science Small Grants to support visits to undertake collaborative research at the interface of mathematics and computer science. The visit may be either by the grant holder to another institution within the UK or abroad, or by a named mathematician from within the UK or abroad to the home base of the grant holder.

Grants will be awarded at £750 each and priority will be given to applications from early career researchers.
